Submit a Lead
If you believe you have information relevant to a Revelation Matrix investigation, provide enough detail for the claim to be independently examined.
The strongest submissions do more than state a conclusion. They identify the underlying evidence and explain where that evidence can be found.
- State the claim as precisely as possible.
- Provide the original source URL where available.
- Identify the relevant organisation, institution, individual, technology or document.
- Include dates and document titles where known.
- Distinguish what you know directly from what you believe or infer.
- Provide archived versions where the original material has disappeared.
- Explain why the material may be relevant to a Revelation Matrix investigation.

Submission Standard
A Submission Is Not Evidence Until It Can Be Examined
Revelation Matrix does not treat the receipt of a claim, document or allegation as confirmation that it is true.
Important
Submission does not imply endorsement or publication. Claims may be independently investigated before use.
Material may be checked against primary documentation, official records, technical evidence, historical sources, academic research, competing explanations and other relevant evidence.
A source may be genuine while an interpretation of that source is mistaken. A document may be authentic while a claim made about it is unsupported. A widely repeated allegation may still lack sufficient evidence.
Where the evidence remains insufficient, Revelation Matrix reserves the right not to publish the claim.
What Happens Next
How Investigative Submissions Are Handled
Submission begins a review process. It does not predetermine the conclusion.
Receipt
The submission is received and assessed for relevance, specificity and whether sufficient information has been provided to identify the underlying claim.
Source Identification
Where possible, the original document, record, statement, filing, publication or other primary source is located.
Verification
Relevant dates, provenance, quotations, institutional context and supporting evidence may be checked.
Counter-Evidence
Material capable of challenging the claim or offering a different explanation should also be considered.
Classification
The available material may ultimately be classified as documented, interpreted, disputed, unverified, speculative or otherwise in accordance with the Revelation Matrix evidence framework.
Editorial Decision
Revelation Matrix determines whether the material warrants further investigation, publication, correction, monitoring or no further action.
Published Material
Corrections Matter
If Revelation Matrix has published a factual error, we want the evidence needed to examine it.
A correction request should identify the relevant article or page, the statement believed to be incorrect, and the source material demonstrating the problem.
Useful Correction Submissions Include
The page or article URL.
The specific passage at issue.
The reason it is believed to be incorrect.
Primary or authoritative evidence supporting the correction.
Relevant dates, editions or archived material where appropriate.
